Refund and Returns Policy:

RETURN:

Our policy is 7 Days Returns since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Must be in original packaging. We also do not accept products that contain intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a product receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

👉Any item is damaged or missing parts in original condition through no fault of ours.

👉Any product or item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF NECESSARY):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within days.

The refund will be credited to your bank/card/mobile wallet used to pay at the time of purchase. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account/card/mobile wallet.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, it may take a while to send your refund. Refunds take some processing time before they are sent back. If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at offartrend@gmail.com

SALES ITEMS (IF APPROPRIATE):

Only regular priced items can be returned; Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

TRANSPORT:

You must bear the shipping cost for returning the product or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a (product or item) return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. I will contact you if necessary. Depending on whether you live inside Dhaka or outside Dhaka, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
